Employee Assistance Program
As a part of the Lethbridge College healthcare benefit package, effective July 1, 2006, WarrenShepell became the provider for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). College staff members and their eligible dependants enrolled in the benefit package can access directly a full range of immediate confidential services at no cost, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The program is intended to assist staff members and their families resolve a broad range of work, professional, family and individual stresses and traumas that affect their health, well-being and job performance.
