Introduction to the Portal

The Portal is your Internet connection to the College experience. It provides you with a college email account and access to a variety of services designed to enhance your learning experience.

  • View College information at your leisure.
  • View real-time updated course and program information.
  • View your marks any time.
  • Access email links to other learners, instructors and services.

If you need help accessing MyPortal or have any questions, see the Commons staff in either the Instructional Building or the Library. For hours and questions call 403-320-3352.

The following are currently available from MyPortal:

  • Message Centre: Access to your email and calendar.
  • WebCT: Access to all your WebCT courses.
  • TLM: Access to all your TLM courses (if applicable).
  • WebAdvisor: Self-service to all your information.
  • Ask Kody: Help pages tailored to your needs.
  • Increased Security: An encryption system that ensures the security of your personal information.
