Keith Dys, Board Chair
Keith is the founder and owner of Enercon Water Treatment Ltd. Along with his wife Ellie, he has supported a number of initiatives at Lethbridge College, including the TEC 2000 campaign and the scholarship initiatives. He was appointed to the Board on Nov. 26, 2002.
Tracy Edwards, College President and CEO, Lethbridge College
Dr. Tracy Edwards, Lethbridge College’s President and CEO, came to the College in July 2005 from Valencia Community College in Orlando, FL. Originally from Ontario, Tracy also worked in the community college system in Nova Scotia. She holds a B.A. and Masters of Education from St. Mary’s University in Halifax and a Doctor of Education from the University of Texas.
Todd Bowden
Todd is a building automation technician and a power engineer at Lethbridge College. He was appointed to the Board for a 2-year term in September 2007. Todd moved to Lethbridge from Edmonton where he worked with the federal government. Todd has been involved with a number of youth organizations including the Boy Scouts and he is heard to say that working with youth is a wonderful learning experience, one that he greatly values.

Mark Lencucha
Mark was appointed to a three-year term in October 2005. Mark is a Lethbridge native and a former Lethbridge College student; he took his first year of accountancy at the College. He operates Lencucha and Associates, a tax consulting firm with offices in Lethbridge and Red Deer.
Doug Myhre
Doug has practised family medicine in Lethbridge for 26 years and has been an active community member serving on many boards, including the Lethbridge College Foundation Board. Doug is also the Assocate Dean for Rural and Regional Affairs for the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary. He was appointed to a three-year term November 2007.

Jennifer Stark
Jennifer is a Community Development Officer with the Community Development Branch of Alberta Culture and Community Spirit. Her background includes community development; public relations and communications; program/project management and private consulting in health promotion and injury prevention; and teaching in the public and post-secondary education systems. Jennifer was a sessional instructor at Lethbridge College for 13 years until 1989. Since then she has also worked for Chinook Health Region and the University of Alberta School of Public Health. Jennifer has been active as a volunteer and board member for a wide range of organizations such as the University of Lethbridge Senate, the Alberta Public Health Association, the Alberta Press Council and the Rotary Club of Lethbridge. She was appointd to a three-year term April 30, 2008.
Douglas Stroh
Douglas Stroh is a business advisor with Meyers Norris Penny LLP. He is interested in issues affecting the education and training of adults. He has served on the Lethbridge College Foundation Board and has been active in community service as a former member of the Canadian Diabetes Association Division Level, as member of the Canadian Diabetes Association National Level and as a volunteer with the Knights of Columbus Catholic Men’s Organization. Doug was appointed to a three-year term April 30, 2008.
Rick Buis, Vice President Corporate and International Services
Rick Buis joined Lethbridge College in 1990 as Vice-President Administration. Rick is responsible for all administrative service areas at Lethbridge College, including Physical Facilities, Human Resources, Financial Services, the Bookstore, Residence Life, Printing and Computer Services, Institutional Reporting and Budget Development. He is Chief Negotiating Officer and Resource Advisor for the Board of Governors and Lethbridge College administration; a member of the Senior Leadership Team; and a member of the Senior Business Officers Group for Alberta Colleges and Technical Institutes, which he chaired from 1988-1991.
Steven Dyck, Executive Director Advancement
Steven Dyck, named Lethbridge College's Executive Director Advancement in March 2007, handles all external relations for the institution. Born and raised in southern Alberta, Steven came to Lethbridge College from the University of Alberta where he served as Executive Director at the School of Business where he headed up the Alberta Business Family Institute, a world class research, teaching and executive education institute dedicated to family enterprise and entrepreneurship. Prior to returning to the province, he was a successful entrepreneur in the technology field in northern California and has a long history in providing business planning and corporate finance strategies to several entrepreneurial and mid market companies. Steven holds an MBA from the U of A , a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge (International Studies) and business diplomas from SAIT and BC's Selkirk College.
Peter Leclaire, Vice President Academic and Chief Learning Officer
Peter Leclaire was named Vice President Academic and Chief Learning Officer at the end of 2005. A Lethbridge College veteran, Peter has served in several capacities at the College since 1991, including the post of Team Leader for five years. He's also a Lethbridge College alumnus. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Architectural History from the University of British Columbia and a Lethbridge College Diploma in Engineering Design and Drafting Technology. He obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Royal Roads University in Victoria while employed at Lethbridge College.
